PICK-UP POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! Now, let’s ensure your items make it home smoothly. If you are unable to take your purchases on sale day, we offer convenient pickup days/times at all locations, with no appointment necessary. Pickup is available Wednesday to Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM in the two weeks following each sale. All items must be picked up within two weeks of purchase. Items not collected within this timeframe will be refunded as store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.
What to Expect at Pickup:
When picking up your pieces at all locations, please pull to the designated loading area and our team will greet you. Please provide a receipt or order number. Our team will load all items into your vehicle. Please bring an appropriate vehicle, materials to protect items, and any necessary accessories to secure them.
All opened, unboxed items must be inspected before leaving Sara Sells property. Any item in a box must be inspected within 48hrs of receiving the item. All damages must be reported within that 48hrs to the Sara Sells team. In the event of a damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of all purchased items back to and from the original location.
All sales are final, so please inspect your merchandise carefully.
Where to Pickup:
Our pickup dock is located on the far right side of the building labeled Dock B. Please pull up to the dock, honk your horn, and our Warehouse Team will come out to assist you!
